Instructions for Use

Remove Protective Film
Peel off the transparent protective film from the inkjet printable surface.

Inkjet Printing
Print directly on the coated surface of the PVC sheet.

Ink Drying
Allow the printed ink to dry completely before further processing.

Heat Pressing & Lamination (Optional)
During the heat press step, apply laminating film only on the printed surface for protection.
If a thicker card is required, an additional PVC core sheet can be added between printed sheets before heat pressing.

Die Cutting or Trimming
Die-cut into standard card sizes (CR80) or trim into posters, menus, or custom shapes.

Post-Processing (Optional)
Embossing, hot stamping, punching, screen printing, or mounting.
